HourWorld^TM 3.3.9 Recommended Update

About the Update:

There is no charge to registered users.
Requires OS 9.2, or OS X 10.2 or later.
Works under Rosetta on Intel Macs.
Adjusts and extends daylight saving start/stop rules and areas into 2009 through 2012.
To install, copy the new HourWorld 3.3.9 file to your hard drive, and stop using the previous one.
